AddressOur well established client is currently looking for a Machine Operator to work in a busy environment. Their work site is based in Knowsley.
This position requires a flexible candidate who can work both morning and afternoon shifts.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator and worked in a food production environment in the past.
Your primary responsibilities as a Machine Operator will be to ensure that machines run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities (Machine Operative)
- Operating and setting machines
- Flagging and reporting machine errors and faults
- Following shift supervisor’s instructions
- Keeping work area tidy and clean at all times
- Respect and follow Health and Safety regulations
You’ll be successful in this Machine operative role if you:
- Have experience in operating machines (essential)
- Have experience in working in a food environment (essential)
- Are a team player with the ability to work on own initiative
- Can work efficiently under pressure
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
