Join the dynamic team with a global leader in electronic instruments and electromechanical devices, specializing in aircraft components across various systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Machine Shop and Bush Fit sections daily.
- Supervise departments including Boring, Turning, Grinding, and Bush Fit/CNC Fabrication.
- Plan and schedule workload using Quantum ERP system.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating practices.
- Train, motivate, and manage team performance.
- Maintain equipment functionality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate resource utilization to meet production goals.
- Support new product development initiatives.
- Maintain customer service levels and uphold quality standards.
Hours - Monday -Friday 0800-16.30 (16.00 finish on a Friday.)
Experience:
- Previous experience in a production workshop.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
