This is a permanent position for a well versed senior machine operator based in Leeds, LS10, you will be employed by the company from day one and have all the benefits that come with this.
The role for the successful senior machine operator will be over 3 days, Monday to Wednesday, working 3 12 hour shifts, so 36 hours a week. There will also be a lot of overtime available over Thursday and Friday.
You will have a history and back ground in machine operating and will be willing and eager to be trained and work across several machines.
The successful senior machine operator will be mechanically minded, have basic computer skills, have a good awareness of health and safety and keep a clean and tidy workplace, and having a counter balance license and experience will be an added advantage.
You help supervise the 6 operators but will also operate the machine yourself - this is very much a hands on role, you will not be sat in the office barking orders.
You will check the quality of the products, input production details into the stock system and help train staff members on all the machines.
You will receive 31 days holiday a year - so 3 days is a week off work
