Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and experienced Magnet Directors to join our healthcare team. These positions are ideal for leaders with a strong background in nursing and healthcare administration, who are passionate about driving excellence in patient care and achieving Magnet recognition. The successful candidates will oversee the Magnet program, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of nursing excellence.

Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of the Magnet program.

Collaborate with nursing leadership and staff to maintain Magnet standards and ensure continuous improvement in patient care quality.

Facilitate the Magnet application and re-designation process, including data collection, documentation, and submission.

Provide education and training to nursing staff on Magnet principles and best practices.

Promote a culture of excellence in nursing practice, research, and professional development.

Serve as a liaison between the nursing department and external organizations related to the Magnet program.

Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired goals.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in a leadership role within a Magnet-recognised facility preferred.

Strong knowledge of Magnet standards and the application process.

Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Commitment to promoting nursing excellence and professional development.

Benefits:

Salary: Competitive, tax-free salary up to £130,000.

Housing: Generous housing allowance up to £15,000 if opting out of hospital accommodation.

Airfare: Annual airfare allowance for the caregiver, spouse, and up to 2 children under 18.

Dependent Education Assistance: Provided for up to three children aged 3-18 years.

Full Relocation: For employee and eligible dependants.

Annual Leave: 25+ working days of annual leave every calendar year.

Public Holidays: Observed public holidays as announced by the Saudi Arabian government, approximately 14 days.

Health Insurance: Coverage for caregivers and eligible dependants, including dental and optical.

Life Insurance: Provided at no cost.

Repatriation: Flight paid for caregiver and eligible dependants at the conclusion of the assignment.

End of Service Benefit: Payable upon completion of one or more years of service, calculated as one-month basic salary for each year of service.

Additional Benefits: Cost of Residence Visa for caregiver and eligible sponsored dependants, learning and development initiatives, extensive training and professional development opportunities with access to clinical supervision and support for re-validation, free access to first-class facilities and classes at the organisation's gym, on-site cafeteria with a variety of cuisine options, employee assistance programme, and various well being initiatives.
