In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of mailroom duties, including sorting both incoming and outgoing mail, booking couriers, and ensuring efficient distribution within the organisation. - 8:30am - 2:30pm shifts
- Temporary contract from 23rd May 2024 to 31st May 2024 (no weekend hours)

What will you be doing?
- Sorting mail inwards and outwards with precision and accuracy
- Booking couriers and ensuring packages are dispatched promptly
- Assisting with some supervisory duties, providing guidance and support to the mailroom team
What are we looking for?
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate sorting and distribution
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Effective communication skills to liaise with colleagues and external vendors
- Previous experience in a similar mailroom or administrative role would be advantageous
