Hours: 40 hrs Mon-Fri
We are pleased to be working with our client who is one of the UKs leading independent compounder and distributor of polymers who are looking for an M&E Engineer to join their team based in Whitstable.
Role: (not limited too)
- Responsible for maintenance of all equipment/machinery on site
- Responsible for Health & Safety within the team
- Dealing effectively with problems that arise to minimise downtime ensuring costs are kept in budget
- Review & maintain stock ensuring regular checks are carried out and replacements ordered
- Establishing development plans for staff/team members
Qualifications:
- Previous practical engineering experience including the management of a team.
- Edition 18 certification
- NEBOSHH qualification
- Qualified in relevant engineering discipline: - minimum Level 4 City & Guilds : LGCI, SVQ/NVQ Level 4
