Salary: £23,362 - £25,368 per annum (pro-rata)

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Maintenance Assistant
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Facilities Coordinator, you can expect your working day to include the following:
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- undertake maintenance tasks acorss buildings, grounds and equipment.
- to complete tasks identified as part of a planned preventative maintenance programme.
- to undertake routine inspection and maintenance of Retail premises (15 shops, warehouse, Café and Railway)
- We hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements...
To succeed in the role of Maintenance Assistant you will need the following qualities and skills:
- Good working knowledge of statutory and mandatory guidance, e.g. health & safety legislation, technical standards etc, normally gained through experience.
- Full UK Driving License
- Team working skills as well as lone working
- Effective communication skills
- Effective organisational skills
