Salary: £25,500 per annum

Our client is looking for a General Maintenance Assistant to handle planned and reactive non-technical maintenance across various healthcare sites in the Nottinghamshire area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritise and complete minor maintenance and repair work.
- Complete necessary documentation accurately.
- Ensure all tools and equipment for maintenance are available and in working order.
- Assist with general repairs and maintenance.
- Comply with health and safety procedures.
- Work to uphold quality standards.
- Identify non-repairable issues and provide alternative recommendations.
- Respond promptly to service call requests.
- Handle any other reasonable requests from your Line Manager.
Requirements:
- GCSE standard education.
- Building Trade Qualification (NVQ/City & Guilds).
- Previous experience in General Building repairs.
