Our Maintenance Coordination Team Leader
As Maintenance Coordination Team Leader you will be accountable for:
- Lead and manage your team providing support when required.
- Provide information on the teams performance metrics
- Scheduling routine maintenance visits for customers in your region
- Liaising with engineers regarding planned maintenance visits
- Planning sub contracted attendances to site to carry out works.
- Set up new contracts onto the system.
- Managing invoices regarding maintenance visits
- Monthly performance reporting to line managers
Requirements

For this opportunity, we are specifically looking for candidates who offer:
- Previous experience in a Team Leader role.
- Good commercial understanding and awareness
- Customer focused with the ability to resolve customer queries
- Be capable of working effectively under pressure in a deadline driven environment
- Professional with excellent communication, admin and people skills
- Strong organisational stills
- The ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach
- Self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
