Maintenance Coordinator

Reed Engineering are currently working in partnership with a large international manufacturing business located in Winsford who are due to an internal restructure are looking to recruit for a forward thinking Maintenance Technician with Assest care experience. This is a full time days based role
Reporting to the Chief Engineer and in addition to the general maintenance technician duties you will coordinate Asset Care for maintenance of moulds and associated equipment and ancillaries. The role will also take up responsibility for carrying out mould maintenance activities to meet business priorities and the scheduling of asset care of moulds and associated assets, and mould maintenance resource to meet relevant business KPIs and to drive customer Quality, Cost and Delivery service levels
Duties of the role include:
responsible for ensuring that asset care activities are identified, planned and deployed through the coordination plan to the mould maintenance technicians in the most effective manner for the benefit of the business, including but not exclusive to routine and schedule work, breakdown resolution, supply of maintenance and equipment spares, parts, tools and consumablesWill be responsible to ensure that contractor and service provider activities in line with asset care requirements are scheduled in accordance with other maintenance schedulesResponsible for the asset care activities and completion of servicing and maintenance work, primarily on machines and associated equipment however will be asked to cover for injection moulding maintenance technicians carrying out coordination for machine maintenance activities as requiredResponsible for the development, maintenance and submission of reports and data to support monitoring and analysis of mould, equipment and resources including labour deployment and efficiency in order to improve asset care activities, minimise downtime and availability of assets Key Responsibilities:
Working with the CI Manager, Manufacturing Manager and Chief Engineer, the role is responsible to implement Asset Care Strategy and training Program within the mould maintenance team.Working with Group colleagues to manage the mould and associated assets including system accuracy of mould data, transfer of moulds and associated equipment ensuring the integrity of the companies assets in transit.Work with design teams to support the introduction and modification of moulds through supporting and adhering to toll gate rules, FMEA's, sampling processes, results and report submissions.Maintain Asset Care KPIs for moulds and associated assets equipment and introduce to SAMS Level meetings accordinglyResponsibilities will include supporting the CI Manager with role out of Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Focused Improvement (FI), Planned Maintenance (PM), and Early Equipment Management (EEM) including associated training. Experience:
