We are looking for experienced Maintenance Electricians for this established contractor based in Croydon. You will be working on all Electrical work on a Social Housing Development.
You will be maintaining a variety of domestic properties, therefore maintenance experience in Domestic is advantageous.
This is a great opportunity to work within a fully established National business who are one of the largest family-owned construction, development and property services companies in the UK.
You will need:
- 18th Edition, 2391 Inspection & Testing, C&G Level 3, JIB Gold Card, Standard DBS, Asbestos Awareness.
- Experience as a Mobile Electrician working in a busy service environment.
- Experience in maintenance and fault finding on a variety of Electrical Services.
