Facilities Maintenance Solutions Ltd., a leading facilities management company, is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Southampton. This position involves working on a major retail contract, providing essential electrical maintenance services.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine electrical maintenance tasks in adherence to health and safety standards.
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults.
- Performing electrical installations and upgrades as required.
- Collaborating with the facilities management team to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Conducting periodic inspections and assessments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
- Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ).
- Knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
