Position: Maintenance Engineer

Shift Pattern: Double Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment.


• Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns, diagnosing and fixing issues to minimize downtime.


• Conduct both electrical and mechanical maintenance across the facility.


• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety standards.


• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.


• Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.


• Experience in a food manufacturing environment is highly desirable.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.


• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
