Maintenance Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the highly-skilled engineering team at our Eastbourne site.
This position is for an electrical bias Maintenance Engineer working on a rotating basis (06:00hrs - 14:00hrs and 14:00hrs - 22:00hrs).
You will be expected to work alone and as part of a team to undertake key aspects of maintenance work on mechanical and electrical systems across the site, including but not limited to conveyor systems, packing machines, sortation equipment, hydraulic/pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesTo effectively carry out planned and reactive tasks in a pressurised warehouse environmentTo comply with safety, health and environmental requirements within the business in line with the Health & Safety policy and procedures, e.g. work instructions and safe systemsTo understand that communication is key. Ensuring team members and stakeholders are informed of impact every step of the wayTo be an accurate record-keeper using the tools given, such as CAMMS systems to log task details, including time taken, spares used, and specific job detailsWe welcome applications for this role from candidates with experience in fault-finding, as an Electrical Bias Engineer, and a Maintenance Engineer.
