Monday to Friday. Weekly rotated: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00.

Starting salary: �42,000 - �46,000

Average earnings: �48,000+

My client is a leading manufacturer in the area who specialise in supplying a number of automotive businesses on a global scale. The business has been well rooted in the Worcester area for decades and they're also known for putting back into the community. Due to recently joining a larger group, the business is now actively looking to hire a skilled Maintenance Engineer into their growing team.

The day to day of a Maintenance Engineer:
My client is offering a fantastic opportunity for any Maintenance Engineer who is looking to learn a new bespoke industry. They offer a professional induction process and will work with you to achieve success within the position. You can expect:

* Reactive and proactive maintenance.
* Reading technical drawings.
* Working to a modern PPM schedule.
* Fault diagnostics on large scale machinery.

Due to the scale of the operation, this role would be best suited to a Maintenance Engineer looking to be technically challenged. No day is the same and you'll be expose to every aspect of the business.

A successful Maintenance Engineer application:

* You must hold an engineering qualification level 2+
* My client is very open to Maintenance Engineers outside of their industry.
