SalaryThe Role: :
To provide the required technical support to the site to ensure maximum utilisation of plant, systems and machinery whilst maintaining the company standards of quality, productivity, environment and health & safety areas.
Main tasks and responsibilities for the role:
- Maintain the engineering capability of the plant in line with the needs of the business.
- To monitor and maintain the planned maintenance system.
- To highlight to the appropriate personnel any potentially serious breakdown situations.
- To ensure effective crew handovers.
- To ensure effective communication with all relevant departments.
- To ensure engineering compliance with Company, site and statutory health and safety policies, procedures and regulations.
- Contribute to the upgrade, service and installation of all new and existing equipment.
- To maintain an adequate supply of essential spares.
- To support the promotion and maintenance of the team working philosophy.
- To assist with/arrange the maintenance of site services as appropriate.

Skills and Experience Required :
- NVQ Level 3
