Maintenance Engineer

Are you a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias who is looking for a challenging role within a food manufacturing setting?
We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Engineer who is able to carry out planned and preventative maintenance, project work and reactive maintenance. It is a really great challenge to draw on both your mechanical, electrical & PLC knowledge.
You will be providing technical support to the production team to ensure all maintenance activities are completed so downtime is kept to a minimum.
The role as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

• Performing Planning Preventative Maintenance tasks
• Adhering to all Health and Safety Guidelines
• Working to deadlines
• Working well within a small engineering team
• Confident to work alone on breakdowns.

Qualifications and experience needed for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

• NVQ / C&G Level 3 or greater with an electrical bias.
• Experience working within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• PLC Experience, would be advantageous but not essential.

Package for you as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

• Salary of GBP47,040 (combination of basic salary and shift allowance)
• Panama Shift Pattern - 2 weeks of days 2 weeks of nights.
• Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat & Sun
• Week 2: Wed & Thurs
• 12 hour shifts (phone number removed)
• Holiday, pension, free parking.
