Randstad Construction & Property are working on behalf of a national Facilities Management company to find a time served Maintenance Joiner with commercial experience for a new exciting role in Glasgow.
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £36,000
Employment type: Full-time, permanent
Key benefits:
- Van and fuel card
- Monday- Friday (40hrs per week)
- 25 days annual leave & bank holidays

Key responsibilities:
- General maintenance
- Installations and repairs
- Conducting routine inspections, maintenance and repairs of a variety of systems and equipment
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC repairs and installations
- Deliver exceptional service and resolve issues efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
An ideal candidate will have the following:
- City & Guilds Carpentry & Joinery
- Previous Maintenance Joiner experience
- Full DBS check
- Commercial experience
An ideal candidate will be:

- Remain professional and communicate strongly
- A can-do attitude
