Are you a Risk / Compliance Manager with a background in a regulated environment within the Professional Services sector looking to take a step up and lead a department, where you will act with the autonomy to make your mark within a long-standing, reputable law firm?
In this job you will be conducting risk assessments, managing policies, and overseeing compliance procedures. This includes supervising anti-money laundering measures, supporting accreditation processes, and advising on risk and compliance matters to the Partnership. Additionally, responsibilities involve handling data protection inquiries, investigating client complaints, providing guidance on risk mitigation, delivering training, staying updated on regulations, conducting audits, and collaborating on defending claims against the firm, along with other office-related tasks as necessary.

THE ROLE:
* Conduct risk assessments, manage compliance policies, and report findings to the Managing Partner while overseeing anti-money laundering measures.
* Advise on risk and compliance matters, handle data protection inquiries, investigate client complaints, and provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies.
* Stay updated on regulations, conduct audits, assist in defending claims against the firm, and undertake various office-related tasks as required.
