SalaryJob Title: Maintenance Manager
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Our client, a leading facilities management company, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of technical facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management and maintenance of technical facilities on the site
- Overseeing the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs
- Providing technical support to other departments as required
- Managing contractors and external suppliers
- Managing budgets and controlling costs
Qualifications and Experience:
- A technical background (Electrical desirable)
- Previous experience in a technical facilities management role
- Strong knowledge of building services, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience managing contractors and external suppliers
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
