Maintenance Officer

The Tradewind Recruitment Team in Cheshire West & Chester are seeking a Maintenance Officer for a Secondary School in Ellesmere Port.

The role is working as part of a small team who are responsible for the opening and closing of the school premises and ensuring the site is safe at all times. You will be required to have key holder responsibilities and work closely with a small team in order to maintain the high standards of the school.

Small responsibilities include minor maintenance work to be completed around the school, maintaining the heating and cooling across the school and helping to ensure the site is safe at all times.

The ideal candidate must be willing to work closely as a team, communicate well with senior leadership at the school and be committed to safeguard the school community.

This role is 37 hours a week from Monday to Friday at a rate of pay starting at £13 an hour.

• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Oversea Police Clarence (if necessary) and professional reference checks
• CV must cover last 10 years of employment and education.
