How to Excel in the Role:
The Maintenance Officer should prioritise proactive maintenance, promptly addressing any issues that arise to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively coordinating with management and team members to prioritise tasks and minimise disruptions. Attention to detail and a motivated approach to problem-solving will contribute to maintaining our facilities to the highest standards. Additionally, a commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated on industry standards and regulations will ensure continued success in this role.
What You Will Bring:
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical skills, customer service orientation, and a proactive mindset to the role. With experience in building maintenance or facilities management, you will have the ability to quickly identify and address maintenance issues, ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests and team members. Your strong communication skills and ability to interact courteously and professionally will contribute to a positive guest experience. Additionally, your physical fitness and capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment will enable you to excel in this role and contribute to the overall success of Ocean Exmouth.
