This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious VOID Maintenance Officer. To successfully sustain all SFA (Service Family Accommodation) that are in VOID maintenance. Ensuring there is no deterioration or damage whilst the SFA is unoccupied and addressing any reactive maintenance requirements.
As the VOID Maintenance Officer, you will be a lone worker, mobile and required to conduct weekly and monthly inspections and reports.
