Working in a variety of locations around North Manchester, primarily on Housing Association stock properties, undertaking listed repairs - which may include some
Plaster patching - Painting - Joinery adjustments - and other minor repairs.
You will need your own Transport and basic tool kit.
CSCS card or the intention to acquire one.
Either staff or self employed status.
A good Hourly rate negotiable in alignment with skills + vehicle expenses.
