The Role of a Maintenance Supervisor
As the Maintenance Supervisor you will lead our well established multi-functional maintenance team, assigning their daily duties and supporting the operations of both The Thermae Bath and The Gainsborough Bath Spa. These sophisticated properties are technically advanced with an array of mechanical assets that require routine maintenance to ensure reliable operation and compliance.
We are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys a challenge, takes pride in their work, can provide technical solutions to problems, and is a team player.
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out routine maintenance, including the daily operation of the plant rooms and general repairs to front of house areas and positively respond to reactive work.
They will also be expected to join a standby rota (currently 1 week in 5) which covers both properties out of hours Monday to Sunday.
