Maintenance Supervisor

An exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to work for a leading maintenance service provider across a portfolio of commercial properties within London. Working for a highly esteemed maintenance provider, this a fantastic opportunity for a someone who is looking to get into Contract Management, as the position will be working closely with the Account Manager across a portfolio of commercial contracts.
Managing the day to day operations of commercial contacts, covering London and surrounding areas, you will be electrically qualified holding City and Guilds / NVQ qualifications with a good all round building services knowledge. The majority of sites will be based in London, whilst there will be sites in areas such as Essex, Uxbridge, Staines, Richmond and Farnborough.
If you have a proven career history within building services maintenance, with the ability to lead a team to successfully deliver contractually required levels of service delivery, this is a fantastic chance to continue to develop and progress your career with a company who truly cares about their employers and continues to grow.
Duties of the Maintenance Supervisor

• Manage a team of mechanical and electrical engineers
• Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
• Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
• Quotations
• Organising and managing subcontractors
• Completing logbooks and RAMS
• Reports
• Ensure health and safety is adhered to and all paperwork is complete to correct standards.
• Conducting and attending client meetings
• Ensuring the account manager is kept up to date on a regular basis
• Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works.
• Permits to work
• Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.

Requirements of the Maintenance Supervisor

• City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations
• Ability to lead engineering maintenance teams
• Building Services Maintenance experience
• Career driven and motivated
• Polite and personable

Salary and Benefits of the Maintenance Supervisor

• £48,000 - £50,000 per annum
• Car / Car Allowance
• Travel expensed
• Monday to Friday, 8-5
