- Location Crewe - Fully office based OR Hybrid opportunity available
- Salary - 28,200 - 30,000 - Depending on experience
- Bonus - Extra 1,800 a year
- Hours - 37.5 Hours a week. Monday - Friday

- Organize ongoing training, support efficient troubleshooting, and propose solutions.
- Implement training for enhanced team skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
- Obtain client feedback for service enhancements.
- Recruit, onboard, train new starters, completing probationary reviews.
- Act responsibly, comply with policies, manage operational compliance and GDPR requirements.
- Guide the team through coaching, mentoring, and continuous feedback.
- Support the Manager in delivering strategy, ensuring KPIs are met.
- Periodically review and organize process flows and documentation.
- Lead incentive initiatives for employee engagement.
- Maintain key relationships with suppliers and partners, assisting in workload prioritization.
- Drive initiatives for new clients, campaigns, and products.
- Approve leave requests and support agent development through 1-2-1s and Personal Development Programs.
- Implement new processes and initiatives as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of Supervisor experience required
- Capable of managing consumer and client complaints effectively
- Well-organized with the ability to handle competing deadlines and expectations
- Leadership skills to lead a successful team and train, develop, and coach individuals
- Familiarity with the automotive industry
- Prior experience in leading others
- Previous involvement in supporting change initiatives
