PURPOSE OF THEJOB:
We are looking for motivated,customer-focused people who want to join our team as a SeniorReliability Maintenance Engineering Technician. The focus of theSenior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician role is toensure safety regulations and policies are adhered to, to ensurepreventative maintenance is conducted on time to a high standardand to provide high levels of equipment availability throughcontinuous improvement.
Shift Pattern: Thisrole includes working in non-traditional shift pattern, which mayinclude nights andweekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Role model health & safety best practices and monitor thosearound them to ensure they follow the example they set.
•Work in a hands-on manner and demonstrate SME (Subject MatterExpert) levels of knowledge on all MHE (Material HandlingEquipment) in the building.
• Coach and mentor thetechnicians on shift.
• Provide high levels of equipmentavailability to our internal customers by means of troubleshootingand prioritizing.
• Support continuous improvement ofsystems in a standard manner across the EU network.
•Develop and maintain a good working relationship across all levelsin the organization.
• Understanding of OEE (OverallEquipment Effectiveness) and equipment performancemetrics.
• Management of contractors.
• Coachand mentor the operational team on correct use ofequipment.
• On-site support and responsibility formanagement and escalation of high severity tickets.
•Management of escalations to specialist subcontractors whererequired.
• Management of critical spare parts inventoryutilizing EAM system.
• Co-ordinate/execute plannedpreventative maintenance on the full range of MHE equipment withinthe site.

BASICQUALIFICATIONS• Served a full engineering indenturedapprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 orequivalent (must hold Level 3 qualification with satisfactoryGuided Learning Hours).
• Multi skilled in bothelectrical and mechanical disciplines with relevant experience inautomation or complex.
• MHE environments.
•Solid foundational knowledge of PLC based controlssystems.
• Experience using CMMS (ComputerizedMaintenance Management Systems) to plan proactivemaintenance.
• and record reactive tasks.
•Knowledge of Statutory Compliance requirements.
• Abilityto communicate (written & verbal) in English and the locallanguage at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS• Proven ability to supervise andinfluence others on the team.
• Proven ability tomulti-task and prioritize many different projects andworkload.
• Experience of multi-contractormanagement.
• Experience in a multi-siteenvironment.
• Experience in fault finding on buildingequipment i.e HVAC, Dock Doors, plumbing and general buildingmaintenance tasks
• Apprentice Trained, HNC, HND, BSc,BEng
