SalaryI have a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Team Leader to join a well-known company based near Telford. As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will be in charge of a small team of engineers to achieve department targets.
My client is looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to join their continental shift rota. The right person will be a multi-skilled engineer with strong electrical abilities. As well as a good salary and benefits package my client offers career development opportunities for those who seek it.
Maintenance Leader Role Benefits:
- Salary £56,000
- Pension Scheme.

Maintenance Leader Duties include:
- Continental days and nights rota (Average 39.12 hours per week).
- Manage team to meet departments KPI’s.
- Prioritise and resolve maintenance requests.
- Update CMMS.
- Manage installations.
- Completion of works orders.
- Control critical spares and stocks.
- Actively contribute to company continuous improvement activities.
As a Maintenance Team Leader Requirements:
- Recognised electrical qualifications. (NVQ Level 3 or HNC Electrical).
- 18th edition.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- PLC and Robotic knowledge.
- Understanding of continuous improvement techniques (Kaizen, 5S).
- Good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of health and safety.
- Hydraulic and Pneumatic experience.
- Manufacturing experience.
