This is a fantastic opportunity if you are a semi-skilled Maintenance Technician or a good all-rounder with Fabric maintenance skills to get involved and join a team of building services maintenance engineers working at a high-profile commercial maintenance contract located at a vibrant campus that is home to many European HQ's of a major commercial companies.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician
- Daily inspection of the plant rooms and office floors
- Set up of meeting rooms.
- Taking tap temperatures across the building
- Replacing Lamps
- Carrying out PPM’s
- Escorting visiting contractors around the building
- Basic plumbing tasks, attending to leaks and blockages.
- Repairs to Fabric of the building
About You as the Maintenance Technician
- Good all-round Handyman skills and practical minded
- Familiar with using hand tools and basic power tools.
- If you had some plumbing, carpentry or decorating skills that would be great.
- Experienced Handyman with Mechanical or Electrical plant and equipment would be perfect.
- Ability to drive.
- Happy to pass a background check for security purposes.
This is a busy commercial office facility, lots to keep a Handyman involved and there is a full resident engineering team put in place with full management backup and administrative support.
The hours are 07:00 – 16:00
