You will be joining a fast growing and very successful business just outside Aldershot (Rural, so must have own transport) providing general maintenance to the production lines. Enjoy a varied workday where no two days are the same. From troubleshooting equipment issues to conducting preventive maintenance, you will tackle exciting challenges head on. Responsibilities:
Apply your HND/BTEC Engineering or similar expertise to maintain and troubleshoot machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and adjustments to machinery, equipment, and facilities.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal functionality of equipment and systems.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and maintain a safe working environment.
Document maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections, to track equipment performance and compliance with regulations.
Work alongside facilities with site maintenance and work projects
Skills and Qualifications:
Just finishing college/uni or proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, with an understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse issues and implement practical solutions.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally have a mechanical or electrical qualification BTEC/HND or equivalent
