The Cleaners areresponsible for keeping our clubs, changing rooms and gym floor clean at all times.

The Role

• Ensuring the club is presented to a pre-determined standard at all times.
• Providing a supportive customer service role, providing personal attention and care to all our customers and guests.
• Adhering to safety guidelines including: putting in to practice COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations and guidelines on the correct use and storage of cleaning substances and materials within the club.
• Using the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Ensuing it is worn at all times and for all tasks as outlined in the PPE guidelines and training provided and in accordance with cleaning product risk assessments and product specifications.
• Being passionate about keeping yourself, other colleagues, our customers, and the club safe at all times.
• Fulfilling Duty Shifts when required, therefore having responsibility and accountability during the shift, controlling staffing and facility issues throughout the club.
