Job description
Introduction
Responsible for the day–to–day delivery of ergonomics & Fleet Managed Services through the Healthy Working and PACE software solutions including the co–ordination of onsite and virtual Assessments to clients directly or via our partners.
The Jobholder will also need to manage other e learning courses depending on client s needs.
Responsibilities
Managing/setting up/launching up to 35 Managed Services clients
Supporting client inboxes
Provision of agreed services to clients under SLAs and SOW s
Delivery of technical advice to support the clients as required
Support of all product developments as requested
Provision of management reports to Head of Managed Services as required
Supporting client scheduling and rule set up.
Support Client Rollout Plans and Process Flows
Completing monthly/weekly client reports and calls
Develop an in–depth understanding of our clients software and services to enable an efficient resolution of support desk issues
Familiarise yourself with determining issues requiring escalation
Ensure all tasks have full details on issues they refer to & what investigations have taken place before escalating
To troubleshoot and provide recommended workarounds/fixes to problems
To work within the Information Security requirements and ISO Standards
Ensure that all work and communications are logged in our CRM system correctly
To complete data import/updates as required and advised
Comply with all Managed Services processes and policies making sure all procedures all completed according to the relevant guidelines
Work closely with the other departments to deliver effective solutions to customers
Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications
Good communications skills both internal and external
Good Understanding of health and safety laws and particularly ergonomic regulations
Creativity thinking and problem solving.
5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above are required. Maths and English essential.
An excellent communicator able to discuss technical issues to a varying audience.
Able to deal with high pressure, high stress environments.
Full training will be provided on all clinets systems and software.
Required
Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word), Base SQL Knowledge.
Excellent structure planning and organisation and communication skill set.
