SalaryKenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an Office Manager on behalf of an SME business in the Crawley area. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager who is switched on, organised, and proactive that will be able to provide comprehensive support to the business. This is a varied role and will cover anything from negotiating contracts, office building management, cost management, health and safety so it is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves variation!
Duties:
- Make sure the building is presentable at all times, instructing contractors for repair works where necessary
- Managing health and safety compliance including ISO
- Building good relationships with clients and/or staff internally and externally.
- Office managerial duties, stock, facilities management.
- Exceptional administration and filing systems.
- Procurement
- Organise company events and parties
Experience:
- Must have minimum 2 years’ experience working as an Office Manager
- Experience with health and safety and ISO is preferred
- Must be proactive, and sharp-witted
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Live in or around Crawley and able to commute to the offices as this is office based.
- Familiar sense of working in an SME environment.
This role does not offer Hybrid working, you will be required to work in the Crawley office 5 days per week. Hours are 37.5 per week, with flexibility around start times and our client has an excellent benefits package!
