As a Sales and Account Manager, you will join a growing manufacturing company and play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and ensure customer retention. This exciting opportunity will allow you to showcase your exceptional sales skills and build strong relationships with clients.
About your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify potential new clients and proactively pursue business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
About you:
- Previous experience in Sales and/or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
