An overview of the role:

Our Intelligent Process and Performance (IPP) consultants are at the forefront of digital process and operations transformation. • Process Intelligence – Delivering scalable, real world operational improvements through a data centric approach which leverages the power of Process Mining, Task Mining and Analytics; rendering the ability to X-Ray processes and uncover hidden bottlenecks often accelerating traditional discoveries.
  • Process Excellence – Leveraging process and delivery excellence, in combination with broader capabilities supports our clients in their transformation journeys. Whether it be creating new business models, optimising business performance or driving the sustainability agenda.

Typical roles our Process Intelligence consultants will undertake include:

  • Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
  • Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
