This role is for a Senior Manager in the field of M&A Operational Due Diligence, committed to delivering high-quality operational deal advisory services to both Private Equity and Corporate customers.

Description

• Lead and manage M&A Operational Due Diligence projects.
• Identify and act upon opportunities for new business development.
• Provide high-level strategic advice to clients at Board level
• Define and deliver critical reports for customers.
• Develop and nurture positive relationships with corporate and private equity clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality consultancy services.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes.

Profile

A successful Senior Manager in M&A Operational Due Diligence should have:

• Proven experience in M&A Operational Due Diligence - either in consulting or in a corporate
• Track record of pre or post deal Operational Due Diligence in one of Retail, Consumer, Travel, Leisure, Hospitality or Industrial sectors
• Transferrable skills include - operational restructuring defining and delivering Target Operating Models; business unit launch/shutdown or relocation; Shared Service creation or relocation; New market entry from an operational remit
• Exceptional leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - proven at influencing at Board level
• Excellent written skills, including board level reports for Private Equity clients
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A commitment to continuous learning and development.
