Description
- Lead and manage M&A Operational Due Diligence projects.
- Identify and act upon opportunities for new business development.
- Provide high-level strategic advice to clients at Board level
- Define and deliver critical reports for customers.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with corporate and private equity clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality consultancy services.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes.
Profile
A successful Senior Manager in M&A Operational Due Diligence should have:
- Proven experience in M&A Operational Due Diligence - either in consulting or in a corporate
- Track record of pre or post deal Operational Due Diligence in one of Retail, Consumer, Travel, Leisure, Hospitality or Industrial sectors
- Transferrable skills include - operational restructuring defining and delivering Target Operating Models; business unit launch/shutdown or relocation; Shared Service creation or relocation; New market entry from an operational remit
- Exceptional leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - proven at influencing at Board level
- Excellent written skills, including board level reports for Private Equity clients
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
