SalaryManagement Support Officer needed in Plymouth Paying £12.92 per hr ref 5202
Full time hours on a temporary basis
This role will involve:
- Manage the tasking and delivery of tasks as required by the administration team ensuring they are completed on time and to a required standard
- Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries and project a professional image and high degree of customer focus.
- Setting up, monitoring submissions, circulating papers and recording key programme related meetings
- Organise and arrange events as required by the programme including booking venues, inviting attendees and managing the event on the day
- The ideal candidate will have proven administrative experience and ability to effectively manage, organise and prioritise workload to meet conflicting demands
