ResponsibilitiesThe Manager will collaborate regularly and lead sessions with PFNA marketers and other functions to drive & achieve the following:
- Unlock Personalization at Scale by deeply understanding brand problems to solve and creatively and independently identifying new ways to meet stakeholder objectives using 1P and then working cross-functionally to develop solutions to inform campaign/creative development.
- Unlock personalized value by translating portfolio objectives into a full-year calendar of tailored value offers to consumers and acting as trusted consultant to key stakeholders.
- Showcase to brand teams their ability to use resources like PepsiCo’s proprietary Consumer DNA, PepsiCo Tasty Rewards, and our Tasty Makers internal panel solution to efficiently unlock consumer insights by leading meetings with senior brand leads.
Understand the business need for different vendor contracts and independently identify opportunities to use our current suite of 1P tools to streamline or sunset them.
Compensation and Benefits :
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of consumer data, insights, audience, media, marketing, or agency experience
- Understanding of how to leverage data for insights, media, and measurement, including comfort working with technical teams
- Org savvy with ability to build relationships & credibility and collaborate across internal stakeholders, as well as external agencies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Proactive self-starter, able to work independently and build connections with key stakeholders on projects
- Problem solver who is able to diagnose a problem and creatively work toward a solution
- Creative thinker who can bring innovation to projects and processes
- Comfortable with ambiguity and creating structure
- Solid organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, delivering strong, detailed execution.
