Marketing Manager

This remote role is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with an interest in music or education, who wants the chance to join and develop within a new and exciting company, that is set to grow significantly over the next few years.

The role is initially part time with a flexible working hours schedule and there is the potential to move to full time in the longer term if desired.

As our Marketing Manager, you will oversee all marketing activities and work closely with our international development manager. As the company expands you will help create and manage a small marketing team.

What will you do?

• Manage all of the company's social media channels and design/post regular content.
• Manage company emails such as newsletters, centre updates etc.
• Hold meetings and calls with teachers, schools and organisations over webinar.
• Research and contact prospective new centres such as schools and music organisations.
• Create and manage partnerships with other organisations.
• Support the Academic Team with design and editing of academic documents.
• Provide support to senior staff and the wider team as they work on a variety of academic, operational and technology projects.

What will you need?

• 4+ years of marketing experience.
• Good computer skills.
• Undergraduate degree.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• The ability to create and design social and marketing content.
• Be able to communicate confidently with people at all levels.
• An adaptable approach and a positive attitude.
• It would also be an advantage, but not essential, to have an interest in instrumental playing or a music/education sector background .

For staff who show the right qualities there will be progression opportunities and performance based pay rises available.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 21 per week
