- Ensure effective Supply Chain processes are set up and managed to meet customers expectations, balanced with optimal working capital and company resources
- Lead the team
- Drive Supply Chain strategy to include but not limited to, Warehousing, Distribution/Logistics, Planning, Inventory management, trade compliance, capacity management, on time delivery, driving revenues through the business.
- Develop and implement lean concepts and change such as pull systems, Kanban, one piece flow, waste elimination, visual management.
- Ensure safe working practices are implemented and adhered to

- Interface with all internal departments including Product/Project management, Sales, customer Services, Operations, Finance

- Primary owner of the internal ERP (Supply Chain elements)

- Create and own the plant capacity and production plan.

- Liaison with relevant Donaldson central resources for trade compliance and Logistics guidelines typical of a matrix organisation
- Manage effective KPIs

- 5 years in Supply Chain management role with proven success
- Distribution/Logistics expertise along with knowledge of trade compliance requirements
