Job Description

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the company
• Oversee all operational and business activities to ensure desired results and compliance with company strategy
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers
• Drive the company's growth and profitability
• Ensure the company's financial performance and growth
• Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
• Integrate the UK business into the larger parent organisation
• Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company

The Successful Applicant

A successful Managing Director should have:

• Proven experience in a board level role within the flexible packaging sector
• Strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset
• A background in manufacturing and operations management in the flexible packaging sector
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient financial acumen to drive the company's financial performance and growth

• An attractive salary in the range of £120,000 - £140,000 per annum
