Due to their recent success, the company are looking for a Managing Director to take on their next phase of growth plans and play a key part in the success of the sites in India. The day-to-day responsibilities for this role will be to oversee two manufacturing sites in Chennai and ensure to develop and expand the company's commercial strategies across India whilst managing sustainable growth. The candidate will work closely with the current Director to allow a successful transition period and handover. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Engineer, with background at a Head of Operations/ Engineering Manager/ Director level and experience with previous stints working internationally.
