The successful candidate will be joining our organisation at an exciting time with a real opportunity to shape the development of AGH Solutions at a time when Airedale NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) is embarking on the development of a new health and care facility through their participation the National New Hospital Programme.
For several years, AGHS has been a key partner on the ongoing activity to address the Trust’s Reinforced Aerated Autoclaved Concrete (RAAC) related challenges. AGHS will also be a key partner on ANHSFT participation in the New Hospital Programme (NHP), with a new health and care facility due to be built on the Trust’s Steeton site by 2030.
The Trust’s commitment to working together with Partners gives further opportunity to AGHS and its future strategy as well as to the Trust.
The AGHS Managing Director appointment, along with other associated planned changes to the AGHS Board, will continue to further strengthen AGHS future and help the Trust develop and enhance the delivery of their patient focused services strategy.
The AGHS Managing Director role will provide strategic and operational leadership to the Company, as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Trust and key supplier to the Trust. The role offers a real opportunity to shape AGHS and the Trust’s future.
AGH Solutions deliver high standards of estates, facilities and procurement services to the Trust and other customers. AGHS have made significant changes in the way we work to meet the challenges of the changing NHS. AGHS is a wholly owned by the Trust, and the AGHS Board has full accountability for the delivery of high quality, cost effective services.
