To support this expansion, they are seeking an ambitious Managing Quantity Surveyor to assume a leadership role within the business.
As part of this role, you will primarily operate from our Luton office, conducting site visits across the UK, with a focus on the London/Home Counties region. Collaborating closely with the Directors, your responsibilities will encompass the creation of comprehensive packages, managing supplier relationships, processing subcontractor payments, handling variations and valuations, as well as overseeing designs. Given the importance of client and stakeholder engagement, exceptional communication skills are key. Your contributions will be pivotal to driving business development and facilitating the growth trajectory.
