Job Description:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of quantity surveying for multiple construction projects
- Provide accurate costings and estimates for projects, ensuring they are in line with budgetary constraints
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective cost control and financial management
- Lead a team of surveyors, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
