Salary Fawkes and Reece have partnered with an established family run contractor in the search for a Managing surveyor for a set of new RC Frame residential projects.
This company have been established over 50 years and work on new build and refurbishment projects across London and the south. Working closely with local authorities to deliver projects in budget and on time. They are currently looking to add a Managing surveyor to the new build commercial team. With over 400 employees in the company and an annual turnover of £150m.
The upcoming projects have already been secured and are going to be of high importance to the business and this person will be an integral part of the team insuring the commercial success.
They have 3 x new RC Frame developments starting in East London ranging from £40m to £120m. This candidate will be initially required to work closely with the design team to ensure the developments are priced directly and manage early enabling works. You will also be required to take the reigns commercially to ensure the contractual obligations are also met.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong contracting background, with experience leading RC Frame residential projects and led projects from early works through to final accounting. Once the projects are on site you will be looking after one project and the team on site.
They are looking for the right candidate but would like someone to be able to start by January.
In return they can offer up to £100,000 + car or car allowance and other benefits.
