Title: Mandarin speaking PA

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000

Location: Central London (fully onsite 9am - 5:30pm)

Contract Type: Permanent (full time)

Start date: Ideally July 2024 but negotiable

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for expense management, including budgeting and sending payments
• Responsible for procurement, distribution, and inventory management of office supplies
• Provide a professional, supportive, and customer-oriented service to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in meeting arrangements and diary management
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the director

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Finance-related background is essential
• Number-sensitive, well-organised, attention to detail
• Previous experience in interior design or property is a plus but not essential
