Mandarin speaking Trading Assistant - What You'll be Doing:
- To receive, process and present trading documents.
- To liaise with suppliers, banks and customers for shipping, documentation and payment.
- To conduct daily checkups and maintenance of accurate records of derivative transactions.
- To use and maintain internally designed ERP system.
- To liaise and co-ordinate with, and/or draft reports to, Mandarin speaking colleagues in Beijing for most of your job responsibilities.
- Other administrative and/or travel arrangement responsibilities.
Mandarin speaking Trading Assistant - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor or above degree, preferably in International Trading/Business, Finance or other relevant courses.
- Mandarin in native speaker level or equivalent is essential, Fluent in English.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work proficiently under pressure.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
