Our client, an accountancy firm are looking for a Mandarin SpeakingVirtual Assistant to join their team!
We are looking for someone who has previous experience within a Personal Assistant or similar role and is confident with a strong work ethic. Very organised, extremely adaptable and has the ability to support busy a senior member whilst prioritising and planning their workload.

Duties:
- Providing professional support to a senior member.
- Arranging meetings and schedules, maintaining diary of senior member including organisation of any appointments.
- Providing support to manage and maintain work as well as monitoring emails and diaries.
- Conducting any preparation when required for meetings or presentations.
- Organising travel arrangements when needed and acting as first point of contact.
- Maintaining relationships with other team members and any other key members.
- Completing all task accurately, professional, and confidentially (when required).
- Other ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
- MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK MANDARIN AS THIS IS ESSENTIAL!
- Previous experience within a Personal Assistant or similar role is essential.
- Must be able to manage workload, deadlines and prioritise tasks.
- Extremely organised and detail orientated.
- Confidence and clear in themselves and their work.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications.
- A strong personality who does not panic and works well under pressure. Someone who is also cheerful, friendly, and flexible but also able to push back when needed to.
